Innovative transit agencies across the country have solved driver or vehicle shortages, declining on-time service, and rider dissatisfaction with UZURV, the Adaptive Transportation Network Company (Adaptive TNC). UZURV believes that the ADA is a Promise and Mobility Independence for All. In partnership with our agency paratransit programs, riders enjoy the convenience of a rideshare, coupled with FTA-compliant, drug and alcohol tested drivers for safe, reliable mobility. Our Adaptive TNC model offers 791 Coop members door-to-door assistance, certified drivers and driver selection options that provide a high level of service and encourage greater understanding and security between riders and drivers. UZURV is contracted in programs nationwide as a supplemental provider for ADA paratransit and for rider choice, (dial-a-ride) programs. Our programs have proven results with a 98%+ on-time performance (within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up) across all programs, and an average per trip savings of up to 30% over traditional paratransit. But most importantly, our agency partners report very high rider satisfaction.
